Phonics Tutor

**We have an urgent requirement for a Phonics Teacher for the 3 PM - 9 PM slot. It is mandatory to devote 3 to 4 hours/day (flexible) according to the teacher's availability.**

**The applicant must be aware of Phonics which includes all the letter sounds, long vowels, short vowels, tricky words, segmenting and blending of sounds.**

**Working days: Monday-Saturday**

We are a supercharged team of 80+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused at building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs.

**#Role**:
We are looking for a smart and experienced teacher to join the Learn2Read team. Someone creative has an excellent command of spoken and written English and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Getting an in-depth understanding of the teaching module provided by Learn2Read
- Complete the required learning program in the designated time frame with the ideal result and outcome
- Come up with creative and fun ideas to teach the kids with use of different props in every session
- Collaborating with the Learn2Read team regularly
- Providing the feedback of the kids on a regular basis to Learn2Read and maintaining the record of the same.

**#Requirements**:

- **Must be a Graduate**:

- **Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary level or kids between 3-8 years**:

- **Sound understanding and knowledge of phonics**:

- **Phonics certification OR Online EdTech experience**:

- **Strong command of the English language**:

- **Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathy**:

- **Passion for teaching and belief in building a solid foundation for kids at an early age**:

- **Must possess basic computer skills**:

- **Must have a laptop with an internet speed of a minimum of 100 MBPS**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
