**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Get your students involved in hands-on experiments and projects that boost their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Create a welcoming and collaborative class atmosphere where students can thrive.
4. Keep track of your students' progress and offer them helpful feedback.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest STEM developments so you can share that knowledge with your students.
6. Team up with fellow educators and staff to make the learning experience exceptional.
7. Keep honing your teaching skills by attending professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. A degree in a STEM-related field or Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
3. A genuine passion for STEM education and the ability to inspire students.
4. Good communication skills - you should be a great explainer
5. Patience and flexibility when working with diverse groups of students.
6. Familiarity with educational tools and tech.
7. You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
8. You might need to travel within India for this role.
