**Job Description
**Skills**:Dimensional/tolerancing experience.
- Strong understanding of GD&T concepts and documentation. Self-motivated.Able to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge in basic statistics and process control.Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with gaging, metrology equipment and measurement tools for root cause analysis.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Strong desire to learn and seek out opportunities to gain experience.Familiarity with statistical control concepts such as Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk.Ability to perform 1D stack analysis.Ability to create 3D Tolerance Analysis models and drive towards design solutions.Ability to apply, understand, create, and interpret GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard.Demonstrated ability to perform 1D &2D dimensional stack studies.CAD skills are preferred (CATIA, NX and Teamcenter).Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with a cross-functional teams.Knowledge in basic statisticsFamiliarity with quality control concepts, control plans, statistics, and measurement systems.0-20% travel, domestic and international.Working knowledge of statisticsRoot Cause Analysis methodsStrong analytical, problem-solvingUnderstanding of vehicle design and assembly and process controlFamiliarity with design and engineering standards (ASME, ISO, AIAG, etc.)
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule inspections, analysis, testing, documentation and record keeping, following the appropriate standards.
- Conducts the analyses, identify quality optimization solutions, define pilot for each issue and facilitate communication to insure conformity to BCI KPIs
