**Role & responsibilities**
Handling inbound calls from customers
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Support the Operations team.
**Requirements & Skills**
Previous experience in a customer support role
Good Communication skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
Any Graduate
**Salary**: From ₹18,970.08 per month
