- Location: Must reside within easy travel distance to Powai clinic.
- Qualification: 12 th Pass/ Graduate
- Languages Required: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken ) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Management:
- Managing patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Responding to patient inquiries via calls and messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Sending follow-ups and reminders for appointments.
2. Clinic Operations:
- Maintaining and updating appointment calendars.
- Assisting during peak hours and supporting the doctor during consultations.
- Organizing patient files and maintaining feedback records.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Answering phone calls professionally.
- Providing patient feedback and reminders.
Skills Required:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Technical: Ability to learn Basic knowledge of clinic management software.
