**Position**: Retail Sales Officer
**Summary**:
The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customers have a great shopping experience at Tanishq.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products.
- Handle inquiries and complaints.
- **Sales**:

- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Promote sales and new products.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewelry.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about Tanishq products.
- Keep up with jewelry trends.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Help with inventory management.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with team members to achieve goals.
- Attend training sessions and meetings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Keep accurate sales records.
- Use the point-of-sale system effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficiency with retail software.
