**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Operations and Results:_
- Partner with Design and Sales to ensure timely product development execution.
- Track orders, work in progress, and in-transit goods to meet development calendar.
- Assign tech packs and manage buyer samples for various brands.
- Maintain clear records of fabric and garment test reports by brand/season.
- Communicate customer floor-ready requirements to overseas merchandisers and vendors.
- Confirm accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and item information in SAP.
- Coordinate purchase orders (POs) and track pre-production samples and stock deliveries.
- Manage fabric/trim library and production archives library.
- Assist Manager in product development with Merchandising, Design, and Sales.
- Identify and address quality and technical issues with vendors.
- Customers & Relationships:_
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Leadership & Teams:_
- Contribute positively to team dynamics and provide leadership when needed.
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Strong team orientation and attention to detail.
- Creativity, technical capability, and merchandising/design sensibility.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience, with previous experience in the Womenswear category.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, CAD, and Mac computers.
