**Growth Intern - Trekato (GTM + AI Automation)**

**Type**: Internship (3-6 months)

**Compensation**: Stipend + Performance Bonus + Opportunity to convert to full-time

Trekato is reimagining how people travel by building a marketplace for authentic, local experiences. Instead of traditional tours or templated itineraries, travelers can book real, human-led activities hosted by locals—whether it’s cooking, biking, gaming, music, or something totally unexpected.

We’re building a platform where people can do what they love, get paid for it, and connect with travelers who want real stories.

Trekato is founded by a solo builder/designer and is now scaling from early product to public growth.

This is for someone who wants to **build distribution, automate with AI**, and **go viral with intention**.

You’ll work like how **real Silicon Valley startups** work:

- Build fast
- Test fast
- Talk to users
- Fix what breaks
- Scale what works

**What You’ll Do**
- Launch Trekato in new cities with experimental GTM strategies
- Post smart, punchy content that drives signups—not just engagement
- DM hosts, close them, and get experiences live on the platform
- Build Airtable + GPT + Zapier + Browserflow workflows to save us hours
- Own waitlists, referrals, activation loops, community reachouts

**You Should Know (or be able to learn fast)**:

- Notion, Airtable, Framer, Webflow
- X and LinkedIn growth systems
- AI agents, OpenAI/Gemini, GPT-4 prompt hacking
- Webhooks, forms, lightweight analytics, outreach flows

**Ideal If You’ve**
- Run a project, newsletter, community or launched anything publicly
- Grown something from 0 → 1 or 100 → 1000
- Built AI automations that actually saved time
- Hate corporate BS and want to get your hands dirty
- Believe GTM = storytelling + speed + experiments
