**Job Title**: Loan Process Telecaller / Loan Executive
**Location**: [Dwarka mor, new delhi]

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and explain available loan products.
- Collect and verify basic information to assess eligibility.
- Maintain a record of all conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with backend teams for documentation and approvals.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, loan sales, or BPO is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Goal-oriented and persuasive with a positive attitude.
