We are looking for an active and enthusiastic Influence marketer who has closely worked with Influencers on various platforms, especially Instagram and youtube, and has developed profitable campaigns with them.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
- Identify and research relevant influencers, content creators, bloggers, and thought leaders in our industry.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, keeping track of key metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience demographics.
- Conduct outreach and establish partnerships with influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the marketing, creative, and sales teams, to create compelling influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers, helping them create authentic and impactful content that resonates with their audience and our brand.Monitor and measure the performance of influencer campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing regular reports to management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize influencer marketing efforts.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as a liaison between the company and influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a similar role or within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with influencers and internal teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for influencer campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, influencer marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
