**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders in health, wellness, and lifestyle niches.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.
- Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and partnerships with influencers and agencies.
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer and PR campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer and PR initiatives with broader brand campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms for influencer and PR marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, campaign tracking, and engagement metrics.
- Proven record of executing successful influencer collaborations and PR campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus.
