- Assist in building new products and new range of products.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards through audits and inspections.

3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma.

4. Establish quality assurance processes for monitoring and evaluating product/service quality.

5. Manage supplier quality to ensure adherence to organizational standards.

6. Provide training and development on quality processes and standards.

7. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to enhance the customer experience.

8. Assess quality-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

9. Provide leadership, foster a culture of quality, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

10. Analyze quality data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: ₹140,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
