**OIC - Oracle Integration Cloud**
- Contribute to the end-to-end development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, including active involvement in solution design activities, configuration, and implementation - ensuring that the solutions are fit for purpose.
- Working as part of a team of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers
- Development and technical support of Oracle ERP/HCM integrations, extentions and reports; including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, BIPublisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports.
- Write technical specifications, based on functional design discussions or documentation.
- Experience working with OIC adapters, usage of REST, SOA adapters, and usage of orchestration integration patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.
- A strong penchant to learn new tools and technologies and be ready to adapt as per project demands.
- Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages
- A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM API capabilities
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM Data Model
- Understand API - REST and SOAP
- Familiar with API testing tools.
- Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.

**Oracle HCM Skills**
- Understanding of Employee and Payroll modules of Oracle HCM.
- Perform Oracle HCM Extracts
- Understand Oracle HCM tables within Employee and Payroll.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards.

**General Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Communication (preferred) or related field; 2-3 years of consulting experience or 5-7 years of applicable work experience
- Professional attitude, with a growth mindset seeking to drive change and improvement in all aspects of the role
- Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.
- A strong penchant to learn new tools and technologies and be ready to adapt as per project demands.
- Experience implementing projects using Agile Iterative approach
- Ability to meaningfully articulate terminology, processes, functionality, and architecture
- Understanding of ERP processes and modules specifically with respect to HCM, Finance, SCM is preferable.
- Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages
- A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM API capabilities
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM Data Model
- Understand API - REST and SOAP
- Familiar with API testing tools.
- Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.
- Experience in Real time, Batch and ETL integrations.
- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to effectively listen and communicate
