Job Overview:

Capgemini is hiring a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Consultant to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and global payroll systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, compliance, and system efficiency across HR, IT, and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and third-party payroll systems.

Configure HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Support global payroll projects, including rollouts and vendor transitions.
