We currently have vacancies for a Kitchen Associate - Pastry to join our Front Office team.

**Duties**:
Assist in the daily operation/production of the Pastry / Bakery section.
Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards.
Reflect the Shangri-La philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers.
Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel.

**Requirements**:
Has a diploma/certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background.
Must be a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.
Enjoys planning, organizing, and problem solving.
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Enjoys being challenged.
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
