Job Summary: Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at a busy cocktail bar. The bartender will be responsible for creating and serving an array of unique and classic cocktails while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and wines in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering menu suggestions, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure bar area is well-stocked and maintained, including maintaining accurate inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, making change, and settling tabs.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards and handling alcohol responsibly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products, including attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with bar management and kitchen staff to develop new cocktail recipes and menus.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a busy cocktail bar or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and wine and beer service.
- Ability to engage and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cash handling and math skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred.

Pay: ₹8,212.06 - ₹28,382.88 per month
