  • Go to the market for purchasing as required.
  • Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints, if any.
  • Keep chairs, tables, and the dining area clean.
  • Support in other company work such as cleaning the café, setting up the turf pitch, or any additional tasks assigned.
  • Should know how to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
