Roles & Responsibilities:
- Go to the market for purchasing as required.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints, if any.
- Keep chairs, tables, and the dining area clean.
- Support in other company work such as cleaning the café, setting up the turf pitch, or any additional tasks assigned.
- Should know how to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
