We are hiring for customer care executive for our law firm in Salt lake Sector 5.

**Fresher and experienced both can apply**
- **Providing Information**: Offering accurate information about products or services, pricing, availability, and delivery options to customers.
- **Assisting with Orders**: Helping customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns or exchanges as needed.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and resolving customer issues or technical problems related to products or services, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support if necessary.
- **Maintaining Records**: Documenting all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- **Following Up**: Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
- **Cross-selling and Upselling**: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers based on their needs or interests.
- **Providing Feedback**: Collecting and providing feedback from customers to the relevant departments within the company (such as product development or marketing) to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Handling Escalations**: Handling escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- **Maintaining Professionalism**: Demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
