**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**:

- Supervise all stages of rice milling - from paddy intake, cleaning, de-husking, polishing, to final output.
- Plan and schedule milling jobs based on client orders and machine availability.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and mínimal downtime.

**Client Coordination**:

- Liaise with farmers, traders, and institutional clients for custom milling orders.
- Maintain clear documentation and tracking of client-owned paddy and output rice.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of processed rice as per agreed terms.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor product quality at every stage of processing (grain breakage, polishing, moisture content).
- Ensure the rice output meets quality specifications and client expectations.

**Team Management**:

- Manage mill workers, machine operators, and helpers.
- Allocate tasks and supervise team performance on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Maintenance & Equipment**:

- Coordinate regular preventive maintenance of machinery to avoid breakdowns.
- Report and escalate technical issues to the maintenance team or service providers.

**Inventory & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming paddy, milling output, by-products (bran, husk), and client returns.
- Manage raw material storage and inventory levels for operational efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate or diploma in Agriculture, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3-7 years of experience in rice milling operations or agro-processing units.
- Familiarity with modern rice milling machinery (rubber roll shellers, polishers, sorters, etc.).
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Ability to handle clients, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of different paddy varieties and their milling characteristics.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality parameters.
- Experience with custom milling models (client-owned paddy processing).

**Compensation**:

- Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (optional).
- Other: Food, accommodation, and travel allowances may be provided based on location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
