**Job Title: Marketing Coordinator**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating visual assets, such as graphics, videos, and images, to support marketing initiatives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Assist in the development of event marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Gather and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
