**Your mission at Sistema.bio**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing activities in the region within budget limits, support sales goals, execute product strategy, and collaborate with Marketing and Communication team for sustainable and profitable growth.

**You’ll be in charge of**:

- Taking charge of planning and executing events and conferences across different sectors and geographical locations within India. Ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all aspects related to these events. Supporting commercial team in achieving their business goals.
- Collaborating closely with the commercial team to provide marketing support in achieving their objectives and actively gathering feedback from the team and implementing necessary improvements to enhance their marketing efforts in efforts in the field. (Sales Kit, POSMs, Farmer meeting tools, explore other easy branding options and implement).
- Devising and implementing below-the-line promotions, static media, and branding activities to effectively promote our offerings in the market. Tracking organization-level initiatives and ensuring consistent and impactful on-ground implementation of branding plans.
- Maintaining and monitoring an inventory of merchandise, photographs, videos, testimonials, and other relevant documents essential to the ongoing branding and marketing processes.
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing marketing services agencies and vendors. Also building a reliable network of/with the same, in representative geographies.
- Collaborating with the team to plan and maintain the annual marketing budget and ensuring adherence to the approved budget.

**More about YOU**:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in the related field of consumer products / Agriculture / Dairy sector will be preferred.

Key Experiences & Skills preferred:

- You have significant experience in product, Channel/Partner Marketing Management.
- You have proven experience in event planning and execution, Strong organizational and project management skills.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other team leads.
- You have strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
- You have inclination to use technology as a tool for all marketing strategies and offerings
