**Your mission at Sistema.bio**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to support the implementation of plans and initiatives relating to the brand, channel partners, and customers in order to drive brand equity. You will actively contribute to market research activities generating valuable insights to inform organizational strategies. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will provide coordination and administrative support for various initiatives.

**You’ll be in charge of**:

- MarComs strategy implementation: - Support and implement strategies and promotional plans tailored for partners. - Ensure initiatives align with budgets, evaluate and maintain consistency in marketing support. - Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Designer and Content Writer to create impactful digital marketing, social media campaigns.
- Database management: Update prospective partners list and Library and repositories management.
- Agency Management: Identification, management cost efficiency of agencies for research and marketing services. Execute strategies within the assigned budget to maximize effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform future brand strategies.

**Education**:MBA in Marketing.

**Key Experiences & Skills**:

- Minimum 18+ months of experience in the consumer products / Agriculture / Dairy sector.
- Experience in Product, B2B, and/or Channel/Partner Marketing.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform your initiates.
- You are able to communicate internally & externally.
- The inclination to use technology as a tool for all marketing strategies and offerings
