**Job Summary**:
The Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks in the school. This role supports school management by coordinating office procedures, managing records, communicating with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school office.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records (admissions, attendance, grades, etc.).
- Coordinate communication between school staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Manage school inventory, supplies, and procurement processes.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in planning and organizing school events and activities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with school regulations and relevant governmental requirements.
- Support HR functions including staff onboarding, leaves, and records management.
- Supervise junior administrative staff or office assistants where applicable.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g., SMS).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
