**General Manager - Real Estate (Sales & Marketing)**

We are currently looking for a GM (Real Estates) on permanent basis to be located at Bathinda to take care of two residential colonies, over a combined area of 120 acres. This role is crucial for ensuring sales targets are met, implementing effective marketing campaigns, and developing brand presence in the market. The GM will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, aligning efforts with company objectives to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies to meet market demand and competition.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships.

**2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate offerings.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, and public relations efforts to enhance brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and content creators to maximize exposure for the properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for competitive positioning.

**3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring follow-up on leads and continuous engagement.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**4. Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives, marketing professionals, and support staff.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of sales and marketing targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

**5. Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring**:

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends, pricing, and positioning.
- Adjust sales and marketing strategies based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive pressures.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**6. Budget & Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company financial goals.
- Monitor expenses related to advertising, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that the sales process contributes positively to the company’s overall profitability.

**7. Brand Management**:

- Enhance the company’s real estate brand presence by ensuring consistent messaging, design, and communication across all marketing channels.
- Create and manage events, exhibitions, and customer-facing activities that showcase the company’s properties and services.

**8. Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the development, finance, and property management teams to align sales and marketing efforts with project timelines, budgets, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that all sales contracts, terms, and agreements comply with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and real estate sales processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data, sales reports, and financial statements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
