Title : Accounts Consultant
*

We are seeking a highly capable Accounts consultant to deploy ERP software for our clients. You will be consulting with management to determine our client’s ERP needs, analyzing the performance of clients for implementing ERP solutions.

To ensure success as an Accounts consultant, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of accounts and finance. A first-class ERP consultant will be someone whose functional expertise results in optimizing client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Finance & accounts process knowledge i.e.Bank reconciliation,accounts payable & receivable,GST,Managing PF,Asset management,Taxation,Audit.
- Collect and analyze the business requirements from the customer & provide the appropriate solutions for the same.
- Handling and delegating with customers on accounts or finance related queries.
- Managing client communication effectively.
- Providing ERP end-user training and functional support.
- Documenting processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
- Complying with industry regulations.
- Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
- Responsible for timely identification & escalation of risks & development of alternative technical and function approaches.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in technical,business or financial discipline or relevant field of study.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Accounting practices
- Excellent communication skill, verbal & written
- The interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish and maintain trust.
- Ability to train and develop the team.
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools,techniques,concepts & methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹102,258.05 - ₹300,000.98 per year
