Supervise and ensure the **quality of powder-coated products** meets industry standards.
- Conduct **routine lab tests** such as:

- **DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Measurement**:

- **Adhesion Test (Cross Hatch / Bend Test)**:

- **Impact Resistance Test**:

- **Salt Spray / Corrosion Resistance Testing**:

- **Gloss Level & Color Matching**:

- Maintain **quality control records** and **lab reports**.
- Ensure all coated products meet **customer specifications & ISO standards**.
- Inspect materials **before and after coating** to detect defects.
- Coordinate with the **production team** to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure the lab and testing equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
- Conduct **root cause analysis** and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Ensure compliance with **safety and environmental regulations**.
- **Knowledge of ASTM/DIN quality standards for coatings**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,862.61 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
