Powder Coating Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the powder coating plant.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Train and mentor staff in proper coating techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of coating equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including consumption rates and product yields.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
- Communicate with management and other departments to provide updates on production status.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
