**Roles & Responsibility**:
1) Maintaining good relationships with existing customers as well as developing of new client base.
3) Provide visa document checklist
4) Gather required documents for visa and cross verify.
5) Tracking of visa applicant/ Visa approval and rejection and inform to applicants accordingly.
6) You have to keep clients up to date with any changes and deal with complaints related to visa.

**Require Skill**:
1) Bachelor Degree in travel, tourism or equivalent.
2) Strong customer service skill.
3) Relevant product and industry knowledge.
4) Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
5) Basic Computer knowledge is mandatory.
6) Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,959.91 - ₹34,656.94 per month
