Purchase Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and procure **construction materials** in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and management for **material requirements**.
- Prepare and issue **Purchase Orders (POs)** - both online and offline.
- Collect and evaluate **quotations from vendors**; conduct basic price comparisons and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of materials ordered and received.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to various project sites.
- Assist in developing a **vendor database** and build strong vendor relationships.
- Follow-up on delayed deliveries, discrepancies, or quality issues with vendors.
- Collaborate with accounts team for timely invoice processing and payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly **purchase reports** as required.
**Requirements**:
- **Graduate** in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / Civil background)
- Knowledge of **construction materials** and their specifications is a must
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP tools (if any)
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
