**Job brief**

We are looking for a Content Creator to conceptualize along with the team and create snackable content in form of IG reels, YouTube videos, and similar for different brands.

Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing self-featured video format content about our brands and products.

**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

Camera-friendly and comfortable self-shooting content.

Skills to get into the details, proofread and edit content before publishing.

Ability to match up with fast-paced social media and keep up to date with the trends.

Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Goal-oriented and customer-oriented.

Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines, and performing under pressure to achieve targets.

Ability to pay attention to detail along with a creative mind.

Developed team working skills to collaborate with various departments and work in alignment with them.

Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers and discover the potential markets for the company.

Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines.

Having an analytics mindset to analyze what type of customers are attracted to what content and then analyzing a target market.

Ability to communicate the message in simple and beautiful language which will attract the audience.

Content creators should create new content periodically at a steady pace.

Ability to record content comfortably and effortlessly for the brands.

Identify the trends and suggests concepts that fit into the brand guidelines.

Create thumb-stopper content for the brands.

**Responsibilities**

Research industry-related trends and topics.

Create self-shot videos basis the script.

Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms

Communicate with industry leaders on and off camera.

Edit and proofread content pieces before publication.

Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.

Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).

Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create content.

Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
