As a Junior Architect at Daftar Decor, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to assist in developing architectural designs and concepts. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, assisting with project planning, and contributing to the overall design process for a variety of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architecture and interior design industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Coordinate with senior architects, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.
- Participate in site visits, surveys, and project meetings to gather information and provide updates on project progress.
- Support the creation of presentation materials, 3D models, and renderings for client meetings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or a related role (internship experience is acceptable).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for architecture and design.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
