**PROFILE SUMMARY**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Assist senior architect in developing design concepts and producing detailed architectural drawings
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the design process with creative ideas
- Produce accurate construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings on AutoCAD)
- Conduct research on building codes, materials and technologies to ensure project compliance
- Assist in coordinating with stakeholders and landscape architects to ensure design integration
- Attend project meetings and take detailed notes to assist in project planning, coordination & execution
- Visit project sites to observe project progress and ensure design intent and quality standards
- Prepare construction budgets and estimate cost for the projects

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual and design skills
- Knowledge of construction compliances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools (PowerPoint Presentation & Excel)
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner to ensure timely results

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- 0-2 year’s experience
- Bachelors/Masters in Architecture or any other relevant course

**WORKING DAYS & TIME**:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 P
- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
