We are looking for an engaged TeleCaller who can boost student enrollments by reaching out to the leads.

The required skills and responsibilities are mentioned below:
**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience as a TeleCaller or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining and updating lists of leads' contact details.
- Calling active and budding leads to encourage enrollment
- Addressing the leads' uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
- Noting essential details of each conversation.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
