**Job Overview**:
Career Leaders Institute is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will play a vital role in connecting with potential students and their families, providing them with information about our entrance exam coaching programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires effective communication skills, an understanding of student needs, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about Career Leaders' courses and services.
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding entrance exam coaching programs, admission processes, and other related services.
- Understand the student’s requirements and provide tailored information on available programs, including CUET, BCom, IPMAT, DU LLB, Hotel Management, and other preparatory courses.
- Build rapport with students and parents, address their concerns, and provide them with the right information to support their educational goals.
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and enrollment in Career Leaders’ programs.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and prospects, updating it with all relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (education industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to engage and motivate prospective students and parents.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Target-oriented mindset and excellent follow-up skills.
