**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and communications
- **Event Coordination & Support**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events (e.g., workshops, webinars, conferences, promotional activities).
- Manage event registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Gather feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales & Business Development (as applicable)**:

- Identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth through client interactions.
- Present products or services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- **General Administration**:

- Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, event progress, and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 2 years as a Telecalling Executive, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
- Solid experience in **event management or coordination**, including logistics, communication, and execution.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English (and local language if required).
- **Highly confident and articulate** in dealing with diverse client personalities and situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
