Graphic Designer

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a talented and innovative **Graphic Designer** with a strong grasp of **artificial intelligence tools** and technologies to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, stays ahead of creative trends, and is excited about using AI to streamline workflows, generate assets, and push creative boundaries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, web, and social media platforms.
- Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to generate, enhance, and iterate on design concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
- Automate and optimize repetitive design tasks using AI technologies and scripting (optional).
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, techniques, and best practices in graphic design.
- Develop templates, branding assets, and UI/UX visuals incorporating AI-generated elements when appropriate.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to drive innovation and creative storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Stable Diffusion).
- Knowledge of basic coding/scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation or creative coding projects.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Creativity and a strong eye for detail in graphic design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of video editing techniques and a willingness to learn and improve in this area.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
