**Job Summary**:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere, and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and professionally. You will play a critical role in delivering a memorable dining experience in line with the hotel's high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Service**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and provide detailed information about the menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

**2. Operational Duties**
- Set up and clean tables, including polishing cutlery, glassware, and crockery.
- Assist in arranging the dining area, including preparing table settings and decorations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during food handling and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including side stations.

**3. Sales and Upselling**
- Promote and upsell menu items, special dishes, and beverages to enhance the dining experience

**4. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Attend pre-shift briefings and staff training sessions as required.

**5. Cash Handling and Billing**
- Accurately process guest payments, handle billing inquiries, and issue receipts.
- Handle credit card transactions and cash with precision.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in hotel management or hospitality management
- Proven experience as a waiter in a four
- or five-star hotel or fine dining establishment.

**Work Environment**:

- Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting trays.
- Collaborative team environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Guest satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Sales performance and upselling success.
- Adherence to operational and service standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
