Position : Sr. Executive / Manager/ Head - Income Tax - Compliances & Appeal

Experience: 5 Years++
- Responsible for Managing Compliances and Assessment of Income tax / drafting appeals for CIT(A), submissions made under appeal proceedings and scrutiny assessments
- Appearing before the Income Tax Departmental Authorities to represent various assessment proceedings of Different corporate Clients.
- Work in coordination with client to arrive at the right conclusions on the nature of business and make correct representations in compliances & assessment proceedings
- Actively track and work on various compliances assessment and appeals under process
- Follow up with Income tax department ensuring: a) Post assessment activities like demand and penalty proceedings b) follow up for obtaining refunds c) obtaining rectification orders/ orders giving effect etc. so that client gets the orders/ refunds as soon as possible.
- Engaged into preparing Transfer Pricing Study Report for reporting transactions between the associated enterprises located outside India.
- Preparation of certificate under Form No.15CB by looking after compliance of International taxation like provision of DTAA, Documentation of remittance viz-a-viz TRC, Form 10F & Non PE undertaking etc. and various other compliance certificates
- Accountable for providing accurate Income Tax return, Wealth Tax return, TDS return and Service Tax return to clients ahead of deadline.

Salary (CTC) : 7.20 Lac - 15.00 Lac P.A.
