N.N. Patel & Associates, a well-established firm specializing in audits, income tax filings, GST compliance, company formation, and project finance, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled M.Com/Inter CA professional to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Audit Services:

- Conducting financial audits and reviews for clients.
- Analysing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.

2. Taxation:

- Preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Providing tax planning advice to clients.

3. GST Compliance:

- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
- Advising clients on GST implications and compliance matters.
- Resolving GST-related issues and concerns.

4. Project Finance:

- Evaluating project financials and conducting feasibility studies.
- Collaborating with clients to secure project financing.
- Monitoring financial aspects of ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- M.Com or Inter CA qualification.
- Proven experience in audits, taxation, GST compliance, company formation, etc.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary as per industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
