**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify customer needs, answer queries, and explain services effectively.
- **Generate and qualify leads**, setting appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the **CRM** system.
- Achieve daily and monthly **sales targets.**:

- Follow up with prospects to **nurture relationships and close sales.**
