**Job Description**:
Preparation of request notes for approvals and presentations.

Co Ordination with local indenting teams and other EUs BUs to ensure required deliverables Provide strategic inputs in the process to achieve excellence.

Strategic sourcing approach Coordinate with Non-India Location Procurement team for driving strategies To help in improving vendor data base.

To conduct negotiations and drive cost optimization.

**Data Base Management**: MIS information gathering, general sourcing of vendors and items Graduate Post Graduate degree.

Minimum 3 4 years Procurement experience in IT ITES BPOBPM industry Overall 67 years of professional experience in Procurement, strategic sourcing, Indirect Procurement Clear understanding about Procurement aspects and strategies.

Hands on experience in Strategic Sourcing Speed in vendor identification and concluding the transaction Process oriented and to guide the internal stakeholders on process adherence Understanding client needs and adhere to the TAT Very good understanding of Procurement.

Process Added advantage if worked on Oracle or other ERP platforms

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools Word Excel Access

Experience supporting a global, multi-site business Strong knowledge of company practices, structure policy and procedure or the ability to learn and retain quickly Effective interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication.

English language a must.Excellent analytical skills
