**Job Title**: Saftey Officer

**Location**: Malad West

**Salary**: 12000 - 20000

**Schedule**: Full-time, Permanent, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Safety Plan Development: Assist in the development and execution of project-specific safety plans, including emergency response plans and job hazard analyses.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with electrical installations and ensure appropriate control measures are in place.
- Site Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for and conduct internal and external safety audits. Ensure documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
- Corrective Actions: Identify non-compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Safety Training: Develop and conduct safety training programs and workshops for employees, subcontractors, and site visitors.
- Orientation Programs: Lead safety orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand project-specific safety protocols and procedures.
- Continuous Education: Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Disseminate relevant information to the project team.
- Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on accidents, injuries, and safety violations. Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure all personnel are trained in emergency procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain and update safety records, including safety training logs, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety meeting minutes.
- Permits and Certifications: Verify that all necessary safety permits and certifications are obtained and maintained.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters between the project team, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Safety Meetings: Organize and lead regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety.
- Safety Promotion: Foster a proactive safety culture by promoting safety awareness and encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure that appropriate PPE is available, used correctly, and maintained.
- Equipment Safety: Verify that all electrical tools and equipment are regularly inspected, maintained, and used according to safety guidelines.

**Education**: Graduation+ADIS or Graduation+ HSE Diploma

**Experience**:
