**Job Opportunity: Admission Executive**
**Location: Kannur, Kerala**

We are looking for a dynamic and approachable **Admission Executive** to join our team and take charge of the student admissions process. As a key representative of our institution, you will serve as the primary contact for prospective students and their families, offering support and information from the initial inquiry to enrolment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admission Support**: Guide applicants through each step of the process, offering clear communication and personalized assistance.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and participate in campus tours, info sessions, and admission events. Represent the institution at education fairs and external recruitment activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all admission procedures align with institutional guidelines and current educational policies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Liaise with marketing and academic teams to streamline admissions and recruitment strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from applicants and new students to enhance the admissions process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
