Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to improve their experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
