We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **US Calling Process Executive** to join our team in Gurugram, India for a leading med spa Clinic in Chicago, USA. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with appointments, providing information about our services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
- Provide detailed information about the clinic’s services, treatments, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Follow up with potential leads and past clients to promote services and special offers.
- Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a US calling process, customer service, or healthcare/med spa industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software ,Google Sheet & MS Word.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per US time zones.
- A positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling US-based customers, particularly in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, or medical spa services is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
