**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and pleasant **Female Sales Executive** to join our real estate team, focusing on the sales of **luxury flats and villas** in premium locations across **Himachal Pradesh**. The role is travel-intensive and requires regular site visits and client interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell high-end residential properties to potential buyers
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored property solutions
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and conversions
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Experience in real estate sales or relevant field (hospitality/luxury product sales preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Comfortable with traveling across Himachal Pradesh
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
