**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Use various channels, including cold calling, networking, field visits, and online platforms, to generate leads.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project feasibility and discuss project scope with clients.
- **Sales Pitch & Negotiation**:
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company by expanding our customer base.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Freshers with a passion for sales and willingness to learn are welcome.
- **Core Competencies**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bhopal and nearby cities.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
**Performance Metrics**:
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Quality and consistency of customer interactions.
- Conversion rates and revenue growth.
**Work Environment & Norms**:
- **Work Timings**: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM (flexible based on client meetings).
- **Ethics**: Uphold the company’s values of integrity, transparency, and sustainability.
- **Dress Code**: Formal or business casual.
**Compensation**:
- **Salary Range**: INR 12,000 - 22,000 per month (based on skills and experience) + attractive performance-based incentives.
