**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their energy needs.
- Provide tailored solar solutions and prepare detailed proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical and management team to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site visits and present energy-saving benefits to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience** (experience in solar or renewable energy sector is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
