**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Classes**: Teach spoken English to students of varying levels (beginner to advanced), focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and listening skills.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students' needs and language proficiency levels.
- **Interactive Learning**: Use a range of teaching methods (group discussions, role-plays, interactive exercises) to engage students and foster a communicative learning environment.
- **Assessments**: Assess students’ progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and verbal evaluations. Provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Cultural Exposure**: Teach students about cultural contexts and idiomatic expressions to enhance their practical use of English in real-life situations.
- **Individual Attention**: Offer one-on-one tutoring sessions when necessary to help struggling students improve their speaking abilities.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring that all students participate and practice regularly.
- **Administrative Duties**: Keep accurate records of students’ attendance and progress. Report to the head of the department or coordinator regularly.
