**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive spoken English classes for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Develop engaging training material, exercises, and role-play activities.
- Focus on pronunciation, grammar correction, vocabulary building, and fluency enhancement.
- Train students on group discussions, debates, public speaking, and interview techniques.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their spoken English and confidence.
- Maintain student progress records and provide regular performance updates.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and student-friendly learning atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream. (Preference for English, Mass Communication, or related fields)
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in teaching, training, or conducting workshops will be an advantage.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate learners.
- Comfortable working with beginners, intermediate, and advanced-level students.
- (Optional) Knowledge of online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Public Speaking
- Presentation Skills
- Basic knowledge of soft skills training
- Creative activity designing for language learning

Pay: ₹10,873.09 - ₹32,651.32 per month
